He has successfully designed and deployed global Business Excellence organizations, operating systems, governance frameworks, and capability development programs spanning more than 50 locations worldwide.

Most recently, Kristian serves as Senior Global Director of Business Excellence for ADI Global Distribution, where he established and leads the global Business Excellence function supporting distribution centers, support centers, retail operations, ERP transformation initiatives, and strategic business transformation programs. His experience includes deployment of Lean Management Systems, Honeywell Operating System (HOS) principles, strategy deployment, KPI governance, Kaizen programs, and organizational capability development across complex global operations.
